Scrap Pink
We all know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I am almost 100% sure that each and every one of us has been affected by cancer in some way or another – either directly or indirectly. Well we decided to host a Scrap Pink event in our store and have some good girly pink fun! Canon were kind enough to sponsor a pink digital camera for us to give away on the day! Although we were only a small group, {sigh} as I was hoping for a greater response, we had a lovely morning drinking pink champagne, eating strawberries and pink marshmallows and, of cause, scrapping! I need to send a special “shout out” to my darling Dad. He ran around for us the whole morning; “Dad I left the camera at home!” {gasp} “Dad we have run out of champers, please pick some more up.” And the list goes on. So when all was done, about 6 hours later – My darling dad had a much needed sit down and drank the dregs of the champers straight out the bottle! YOU GO DAD!
